When contacting support
Please include your iPhone model, iOS version, TriggerSort version, what you expected to happen, and the steps that caused the problem. A screenshot can help, but please do not send private trail-camera photos unless you are comfortable sharing them.
Quick help
- Your photos are not appearing: In the Settings app, review TriggerSort's Photos permission. If you chose limited access, add the trail-camera photos you want TriggerSort to analyze.
- A new import was not found: Open TriggerSort, use Scan for New Imports, and confirm the photos have usable timestamps or camera metadata. Weak matches remain outside the library until you choose to include them.
- An iCloud photo will not analyze: Enable Analyze photos stored in iCloud in TriggerSort, then confirm the device is online and has enough storage for Photos to download the original.
- A classification looks wrong: Open the photo, change its category or label, or choose Analyze again. Your correction is saved locally.
- You want to remove blank photos: Open Review, inspect every suggestion, select only the photos you want removed, and confirm the deletion. TriggerSort never deletes automatically.
- You need to remove TriggerSort data: Deleting the app removes its local database and preferences. It does not delete your Photos library or previously exported CSV files.
